Dear Sir,

I i need to know the procedure and where and how to get EC Copy of land located in Tumkur District Karnataka.
What are all the document that we have to submit for that.

Please guide me.

Better visit the sub-registrar office at Tumkur, catch hold of a document writer outside the office, tell him the details, he will be able to help you out on some nominal fees.

Thanks Sir, Sir one more thing i want to know i have order copy which passed in fav of my grandfathere regarding agri-land for that i need to get documents which related to the same for that i need to know how can i get that through RTI is it possible in Bangalore (land is located in Tumkur district Urdigere hobli)

Which authority passed the impugned order? or whether a court of law?, as advised by expert Mr. Prabakar Singh, you better go through the order itself which will give you the desired information.

as per the order court said to make phani and katha in the name of my grand father and others totaly it is 6 acre and inthat granted 2acre for my grand father, it is a inam land for that i contacted the local lawyer at tumkur and he said that he need mula patra - grant copy and he told me to get the same through RTI, Thats why i am sking can i apply in bangalore for to get that details. if u know any lawyer in bangalore pls refer me Sir
