Regarding the cash receipt page attached in the agreement

Hello Everyone,

As you all know that the cash receipt is attached in the agreement by the builder in the green paper.
So i have lost that cash receipt page while taking the xerox of the agreement.I had searched everywhere but unable to find since last 10 days.
Can you help me how can i get this back?can we get it from register?

1.At least you have the xerox copy of such page and that should suffice to prove the existences of the fact that by you had paid such money.

2. You can as a measure of evidence of the loss of such receipt can inert an advertisement in news paper offering reward to any one who has found it and returns to you. This will be also a kind of evidence that you did take reasonable step to recover the lost receipt.

Request the builder to issue duplicate cash receipt or issue confirmation letter in lieu of it.

Insert newspaper ad regarding loss of original.
