Reharding termination

What is the ground furnished for your termination?
Anand Kumar (Querist) 20 August 2018
On separation mail its written due to changes in business requirement of our client & no scope of work, they have to decided to go for downsizing.

It implies that you have been served with one months notice before termination, you are required to inspect the terms and conditions of service viz; appointment letter outlining the conditions.
Consult a local prudent lawyer with relevant facts and documents for proper guidance and proceeding.

If separation, as per your description, is due to no business requirement, it cannot be termed as a normal and ordinary termination case. The case falls within the scope of lay off. In that case, lay of compensation becomes due to be paid by the employer.

Agreed with Mr Dhingra. U can claim a compensation for your 4 year service as per the reason given to u. Contact the labour commissioner of your area and file your written complaint. He will send a notice to the HR of your company and will arrange a mediation proceeding for both of u. Get your compensation and move on but in such scenario this company will obviosuly mark your negative feedback if any reference chk comes to them from your future employer.
