Regarding staipend to PG student of Aided Ayurved ccolleges

Sir,.my son Dr.Rushikesh studying in AidedAyurved college Nasik for M.S.he cracked PGA CET-2015 n admitted in M.S as per merit,he belongs to SC category,being aided college he is not getting staipend.In MMaharashtra Govt.Ayurved colleges are giving ₹ 40000/-pm but aided colleges are not giving staipend,its totally injustice with my son,without staipend he cannot continue his medical Education.
For PG M.S./M.D Ayurved common Enterance Eam.conducted by Ayush Maharashtra, through which my son in PG.his college is totally aided one and all rules are adopted by Govt.
Sir, such circumstances what can I do please give me legal opinion in this matter and its question of his carrier
I have written to Central and state in this matter,no action is not taken till now.Thanking you sir n pardon me.

First of all write gentle representation ( under proper acknowledgment) to the authority in college, under proper acknowledgment.
What is the reply, even if verbal, if any given by authority?

Ask through RTI from state aurvedic council / Government whether any steepened is paid and if paid how much, in aided college?
Represent to college and if no action, take up with state Government / Ayurvedic Council.
Mostly the students does not claim / proceed further as the college authority has lot in their hands in practical examination and other aspects practically.

Since your son studying MS, is prima facie, an intelligent person mature enough to solve his problem, you need not bother.
Even then if you are dissatisfied, consult and engage a local lawyer for proper analysis of facts and circumstance, guidance and proceeding.
