Regarding sc caste certificate

I have completed my graduation using Sc caste certificate ( offline hand written ) made in jharkhand. I was trying to make the new online caste certificate, but officers refused to do so. They were asking khatiyaan,( I have no khatiyaan ). Before seeing only my father's caste certificate they have made it, but now they are not doing so. We are originally from bihar, my father took job in BCCL before the partition of jharkhand from bihar.My father is not educated so much, so he made my certificate from jharkhand only. I have heard that at the time of job there is a need of caste certificate in different format. From my village which is in bihar I have also made one.
So I am in confusion. Whether I should use the caste certificate made from bihar for applying government jobs, is there will be any problem in future using both the certificates or I should apply under general category.

If the caste which you indicated while obtaining the SC Caste certificate (offline hand written) in Jharkhand AND
the case certificate which you got from your village also shows the SAME CASTE there will be no problem.

In that case, you can show the caste certificate obtained from your village in Bihar.

Get the caste certificate from your village in Bihar and it should get same caste as in previous certificate.

My old certificate have caste named musahar and in certificate from bihar have caste bhuiyan written. Both musahar and bhuiyan are same caste.
