Sir i have plot of 800 squre feet area ,need to get registerd ,is there any way how to leagaly regiestred and make registrer

You can sale your own property to any one. you have to get the deed drafted by a DW or a local lawyer and then go to registrar office with two witnesses and the buyer. the stamp duty shall be payable to the government by either party as decided between the parties.

If you are not owner of the plot and title is not on your name then owner of the plot or legal heirs alone can register the title on your name.
Contact them.
Pay a visit with them to SRO and register the sale deed.
