I am in the process of Purchasing a resale property. Hence I want to know what documents need to be checked before buying the property and also what care has to be taken while buying a resale property to safely conclude the deal.
Thanking you in Advance for your Time and Valuable Advice.

Since you will be investing your hard earned money, I would advise you to get in touch with a lawyer well versed in property matters, in your area and get his guidance. You may necessarily have to pay fee for the Lawyer, but it is worth spending to avoid any trouble in future.

Dear Author Unless and Until you approach any Free Legal Forum you have to pay neccessary Fee to Advocates, the LCI is not to justify whether it is worth or not. Also LCI is not to justify whether it is hard earned or not.A Legal Opinion about Sale Deed is mandatory.

Thanks for congratulating for Deepawali wishes and same wishes for you and your family.
So far as legal opinion in the given issue is concerned, there is difficult to differ with the opinion of the experts. It is better to obtain a Search Report from a local lawyer qua the property intended to be purchased prior to coming to the conclusion.
