Regarding maintenance

Hello dear professionals,
Recently court has passed a judgement on maintenance. They ordered 7500/- per month for child and wife. Wife is post graduate. She was pursuing from MG university, but I am not sure if she completed. But she did BA in English literature. Also she herself left me with her family. They went on 1 Oct 2013 and after that she never returned. They went by train. So how can I prove that she herself abodoned me and not I left her. Please advice something, here she is lying a lot and misguiding judge on the mercy of being a lady.
In court I want to prove that she left me after a huge fight.

What else can I do to avoid ailmony for my wife? She is liar. Please suggest.

Even if you prove that she is earning, you may have to pay maintenance for your child.

If you are sure that she is having source of income, bring the fact with proof on case file.

You can hire detectives to find out her exact income with documentary evidence you will reduce the maintenance amount. further you need to pay for the child.

The issues raised are questions of fact, which a Court alone can decide.
