Regarding insolvency petition

My Debtor approached the court with insolveny petition? he has no properties for claim. what are the consequences when i not respond to the court notices? is there any chanses to impose any costs on me by the court?

No, you have nothing to loose if the debtor has no property at his disposal.

On receipt of notice, if you refrain from attending the court, you will be set exparte, though you have nothing to lose, you may not stand up to claim if at all there is any.
