Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I am Chairman of Society, there is one member that misbehaving with me, secretary and treasurer and other member in AGM and abused to all, he is defaulter of society and breaking the rule of society. Reason behind this...
Default member always fight with every chairman, secretary and other member whenever they gave him notice to pay society dues,this time i and secretary went to give notice that time secretary told i want to record from start to end because they every time blaming that we didn't informed them about dues, he was inside the flat but not came out , his wife came out and she was not taking the notice after sometime she took notice, after one month that person come in society office and blaming to me that you all spoke wrong word to my wife, i told that person you are blaming us we just give notice and move and also i told that secretary told me to record, if he record then we have proof, now he turn and mix the word and again blaming you people took video and picture of my wife and shouting on this i resigned from my post but no one accept my resignation, after one month i again come after all members request.
what to do on this please guide us and he , his son and wife all abusing on us. as a honest person i really telling you all there is no misbehavior. but he just fighting us on this point whenever we ask money and now that person asking you all resigned otherwise i will not allow you to drive society.
second point he is defaulter but asking many letter from society ...what to do give or not.

File case of recovery under society bylaws procedure.
Install CCTV in office and in corridor and keep record of ill behavior. Lodge police complaint if enough proof exist.

Record as suggested and build irrefutable evidence and issue notice and lodge police complaint for personal misbehavior, rowdiness .
