Regarding imla malik in mumbai suburb district

Respected Experts ,
This is to bring to yours notice that my grand father is inka malik of chawl in andheri east mumbai district ,And as of now all the room are considered for SRA on the basis of proof before year 2000 we have electricity bill which is of year 2001 but we are the customer since 1995 ,even we ask for duplicate bills via RTI but response was "documents are misplaced or lost" so even though we have proof that we are mila malik and our light connection is from 1995 ,but unfortunately we don't have bill to show that?
So kindly guide me hiw can I get room in SRA and even let me know the right of imla malik

Whether you have Photo Pass ?

Voter list try to check if you have name before 2000 cut of list

LPG , Kerosene taking some receipt etc

You will get only specific area of rooms if you are declared eligibile

You can not sell rooms for 10 year

This term Imla malik is illegal term , every thing regarding it is illegal no place in law.

Now your goal should be to get One Flat allotment free showing you resided there before 2000 on basis you are residing there

Sir I have bank account of 1995 and driving license of 1995 and even there is name in ration card which is before 2000

you can take the help of RTI act for getting those documents. Ask the query in english to get better response from me.
