Regarding consideration of work experience and MBA degree

(Querist) 27 July 2017 This query is : Open
I have completed my graduation(BTech) in year 2010 and joined one MNC (private company) in 2010.During my job I started full time(regular ) MBA programme from AICTE approved institute in year 2014 and completed my MBA in 2016 while continuing job in MNC. I was in IT support work while working in MNC which provided me time flexibility(shifts) to enroll for course and to complete it. I have applied for post of MT(Management Trainee) at one of PSU(Public Sector Unit/Govenment of India Enterprise) and have cleared the written test as well shortlisted for Interview round where no experience is required for post.So kindly answer the below query:- 1) Will my work experience will be counted/considered by PSU? 2) Will my MBA degree will be considered valid by PSU? 3) What would I need to do at interview :- A)undisclose my work experience as it's not mandatory for for applied post ? B) disclose my work experience and justify the panel how I managed both which is actually true?
C) Will it be considered as fraud if I will not disclose my work experience to PSU and later can any disciplinary action can be initiated against me?

Please suggest with explanation.

What factors would be considered by the PSU in interview / considering your candidature only PSU can tell. However, the factors depend on the information provided by you in your application.

We never recommend to hide / wrongly stating any information in your application.

Any non-disclosure of material facts is not advisable. It is not a crime or misconduct to undertake a course of study while in service, so long as it does not affect performance in the job.

If possible obtain your shift timings record from said MNC and approval to do MBA.....

If you studied in day time and worked in shift and permitted by your employer disclose. Any clarification you can respond as experience is not a pre requisite. Be factual always that helps.

Thanks for all your guidance but still my queries are unanswered:- 1) Will my work experience will be counted/considered by PSU? 2) Will my MBA degree will be considered valid by PSU? 3) What would I need to do at interview :- A)undisclose my work experience as it's not mandatory for for applied post ? At the end I want to say that it was very hard work, I was broke myself 3 times during 2 years as has no social life (completely diconnected from parents and friends even with myself i.e I have to do what was required to do and not want I want to do at that time) with fixed time schedule for 2 years with strategy only time for job and study. Also want to add that my work performance wasn't impacted and during that period I received early promotion on basis of recommendation of my manager and also got highest band and rating in annual appraisal.I informed both my college and manager and not HR that I am going for MBA parallely.Got response from college that we don't care what you do after college hrs as you have to maintain your attendance and take care of exam. And same kind of response received from my manager what you do in your personal hrs is not my concern but only my concern is with your productivity and after working with you for few years I know that you will manage both.My concen here is that "Is PSU hiring board will understand my situation as what I did is not ordinary in Indian culture?"Please answer the above pointed queries with you explanation/suggestions.
