eviction notice from property recieved by father...but property acquired by grandfather..

You can seek legal recourse to claim your share in the ancestral property by way of partition suit.

The father would not disown his own so without a cause. If you have done any wrong or mistake, seek forgiveness from your father. You will be blessed.

An Indian son is not disowned merely on this ground. He has to work very hard to get disowned. Come with facts of the case.

Newspaper notice can not force you to evict from the property, proper court orders required.

If the property is self acquired by your father he can gift / will / sell it to any body.

What should i do this from avoidance of eviction?

Work Hard. Prove yourself. Earn money. Say to your father that you are highly obliged as he brought up you up to a being a CA. What more do you want from your father?

First pay the 25 years expenditure to your father. Then ask the account of his self earned property and the property of Grand Father.

Before looking at Grand Fathers property kindly estimate the sum spent on marriage of your Bhua and uncles and your father himself. Just take account that who spent for that and who maintained your whole family for last 25 year? I think your father has paid for all that. (otherwise the property of your grand father had been sold around 25 year back at time of marriage of your father or around it.) You are A CA so you can understand accounts easily. There are so many other accounts for which you may be liable to pay.

Basically you do not have rights in your father's property or grandfather's property. You will be entitled to a share out of your father's share in any ancestral property that has been acquired by your father as his share. Your father can very well ask you to vacate from his self acquired property, failing which he can file an eviction suit also. Think what you can do, i.e., whether to remain adamantly reluctant to your father's calls or to follow the advises given by experts above.
