Regarding banking

Dear All,

Some one came to me said that i m a SBI representative, i will transfer your loan account from one branch to another, for that we required your cheque of Rs. 299 only....the gave him a/c. payee cheque.....but after 4-5 days amount had been withdrawn Rs. 86,000......from same cheque......

its my request to all of you if you any strong case laws regarding this please share with me.

Are you reading the daily news paper. Your Query is daily news. File a Police Complaint and obtain FIR /CSR and wait for the results

Police and Banks are daily announcing in Televisions , News Papers and SMS Not to Share such details and Ignorance will not be an excuse.

How can the bank honour account payee cheque of Rs. 299/- and debit/credit the amount of Rs.86,000/-? Obvious answer is big and bold "NO".
Improbable and unbelievable story.
However, if there is some truth in your post, lodge a police complaint through a local prudent lawyer with complete records of the alleged transaction.

Such payment in such situation appears possible by fraud only. If so you're rightly advised by Mr Narasimha
