Regarding CAW Cell hearing

Dear Members,I have attended my 7th hearing at CAW cell Delhi two days back & have handed over the REPLY to the LIST OF ARTICLES submitted by my complainant wife.....Now, CAW has asked the complainant to bring the balance sheet (Tally Sheet)....Query :�1. What would be the next step of CAW CEll in next hearing?2. Whether the CAW will examine the bills, ITR's, souce of my FIL's income etc in support of the false, exorbitant & inflated list submitted by complainant?3. What are the precautions/thing in need to aware of before attending next hearing?Thanx

is there a major discrepancy in list of articles mentioned by wife ? your wife will have to prove that list of articles mentioned in her police complaint are not inflated . she will have to produce the purchase bills and other evidence in support of her complaint to prove her case .

Your wife has to prove her claim of articles she claimed in case of disagreement.

Thanks to respected members for their reply.....Yes, sir there is major discrepancy( difference )in Stridhan list & my admit list...
