Regarding 498a DV case

Dear Sir,

My brother married a girl ( love marriage) after 1 month my parents accepted and arranged reception after tht she moved to my house after few days she used to black mail my dad n mom tht she ll file 498a case if they dont give her property.My parents denied so later she went out from my house and filed 498a case on all of us. Iam not in india from 1 year 3 months but she included me in FIR as A3. Till now I didnt went to India before filing the case n after fiing the case Iam not at ll in the scene

1.How to delete my name in FIR plz help me

You have a good case if you never went to India after her marriage. File a case for quashing in high court.

I have never been to India even before and after marriage. Still am in Korea. But she has mentioned abt me in FIR that I used to scold her by calling my brother phone and asked him to turn on speaker. I only called once to my bros phone after his marriage.

Is it safe to go India now before quashing the case . If I come to India as the FIR is lodged on me as A3 can I go back to Korea after my vacation

Not yet Sir . But first hearing on July 9th . Iam planning to go to India in August

Your family members can discuss case in detail with the local lawyer. If in FIR your name exist, proceed for anticipatory bail.
