Hello Sir,
My building is situated in matunga rd mumbai it is a tenantd property there are four buildings in one single plot one building is "A" cessed bldg & two are "B' cessed and one building is "non-cessed bldg. my bldg is non- cessed bldg many of mine bldg & other bldg tenants have given irrevocable consent, now they are going to do final agreement, the land belongs to town planning dept of bmc, yet no permissions & I. O. D. is recd. i have not given Irrevocable consent & i do not want be part of the association, can i alone fight for my rights, can developer forcefully vacate me from my tenement on the ground that more than 70% of the tenants have given irrevocable consent. kindly advice me correctly.

at time of entering into development agreement with builder you should try to safeguard your interest .insist on sanction of building plans before vacating building once majority of tenants have agreed for redevelopment builder can move court to force you to vacate .
