"Can a cooperative housing society , registered under Gujarat cooperative ( societies act ) can dissolve cooperative soc . & sell a flat of share holder member without his consent to a builder , who is developing & reconstructing the society ?" ... this que is posted by SB unknown,BT I'm also interested in d issue.in my soc im facing d same problem .I wud be greatful if someone answer, if possible share some judgements . thanks.

there is no document regarding did I'm shareholder member& owner of flat in d society, iv apprehension that d society is going to enter into redevelopment contract with a some builder, without informing me.

first don't want to sell my property in a posh area for too much less prise.also iv renovated same recently, & its near from my office.

1. What and how much do you save in using SMS language which is not in ENGLISH language/ dictionary? Moreover, your query is vague.
2. Dissolution of a Cooperative Society is to be done in accordance with the law as provided in Gujrat Cooperative Societies Act, read the provisions.
3. However, a society (perpetual in nature) can not be dissolved for the sake of ONE of its members, procedure is provided in the State Cooperative Societies Act & Rules and Bye-laws adopted by the Society.

with respect my query is not vague. I'm going to file stay petition for d same purpose, another I'm surprised why one should hv problem with my SMS language?!! my purpose of asking this query is very clear when I'm filing injunction suit for d same & seeking some guidance also I don't HV much knowledge regarding cooperative laws I'm practicing in criminal laws only. thanks for the answer.
