Dear SIR

My house trespassed by criminal nature relatives after 8 years evicted by court order by court bailiff under police protection, the trespasser sitted out side my house with his household articles with his wife on visit put wife in front to false blame, etc. in november 2014 i was out of country for few days he again break open the locks trespassed my house please advise law full remedy fast and early ...complaint done in police but no action by police .....police is involved one relative is retd police man thanks in advance......sushil

It is an illegal action of the trespasser, move to higher police authorities and court through your lawyer.

Since court order is already in your hands, approach police authorities. If you cannot protect your own property even after court order, whom you can blame?

Only police can be approached for enforcement of law. Approach higher authorities for the inaction of the police at lower level.

The said situation is prevalent in most parts of the country. Some people dont have any respect for law or court order but they can be taught how to abide by law by strict enforcement of the same through the higher police officials. If the retired cop is involved in this scandal, you may implead him too in the complaint with the district superintendent of police for abetting the law breakers/anti social elements who trespassed your house by breaking the lock/door. Even a robbery complaint can be given against them. take the help of your lawyer and proceed further as advised.
