Can I put telephonic recorded conversations as evidence in family court with postpaid bill showing date and time of conversations.

If yes then give any case law for reference.

You need to prove the authenticity of the recording as well as the contents of the conversation.

Recording is between me and my wife.
My wife said wrong (false)during our case of maintenance. But our recorded conversations its proved that she is saying wrong.
So I can put recorded conversations as evidence ?
