In which state thier is law to recognise trade union in India

@Author, The Trade Union Act, 1926 extends to all India except Jammu and Kashmir. Every State government may appoint Registrar of Trade unions. The members not less than seven member may form a Trade Union and can be registered by the Registrar of trade unions by submitting an application by the members not less than 4 members.
