Dear experts, a general querry
If a govt employee who is a subordinate proceed for a contempt proceedings against a district collector who is his boss, what will be the effect throughout his service.

At every stage in your career you can expect revengeful reaction by him directly or even indirectly through his colleagues after his transfer also.

Contempt proceeding can not be filed as a matter of wish but for non-compliance of an order.
