My father and other 12 partners have a registered partnership firm, 12 partners retired and my father dissolved the company, how to re register the dissolved partnership firm in same name, cause the all property are in the name of dissolved firm , pl mail me mnojain@yahoo.com or message on 9769381728

The terms mentioned in the earlier partnership deed need to be seen, especially the dissolution and the division of assets after the dissolution.

All related documents need to be referred.
Partnership can not be registered having only one partner, some of the previous / new partner has to be included/ considered.

Was it a private, private limited, public company or a banking company where you have stated 13 partners were there at the time of its dissolution?
Where does partnership exist when 12 partners retired out of 12+ your father to dissolve the company?
What is the purpose and intention of partners to revive dissolved partnership company?
Can a dead person be brought back to world?
