Dear Friend,

First of all prepare yourself for long battle.

Collect all the relevant documents viz, 1. evidences shows the land assigned to you 9by will or by power etc??], 2. land entry records till day, 3. proof of your relation with aunt. 4. even previous records of land by which land possess by your aunt.

Than consult local advocate to scrutiny such records, entries etc.

If any fraud, illegality observed than you may initiate suit for title as well as criminal action.

But getting possession is long battle.

Warm Regards,

Criminal and civil suits has to be filed which would take years in decision.

Consult a local lawyer and proceed as per his advise.

I agree with experts, initiate civil as well as criminal action through a local lawyer.
However, what were you all doing since the year 2001 till 2015, nothing but sleeping???????
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 10 March 2015
This doesn't appears to be a case of an innocent, but appears to be result of recent family feud hence the cause for this arose now(?), may be right or wrong, there appears to be illegal transaction with intention to cheat for wrongful gains hence a criminal complaint may be lodged but the relief lies in the civil court alone, you may take the help of your lawyer on further issues.
