Dear Lawyers,

I am badly in need of help with regard to one orphaned child (girl) 16 years old who had been raped 4 times for the last one year but the FIR was filed too late only few days ago. On humanitarian ground, I wanted to help her but I don't any money to engage a lawyer for her. What should i do in this case?

They will mobilize funds for the girls coming out of the trauma by counseling anf if necessary to show her to a psychiatrist.Once the girl comes out of the trauma you enroll her in further education or depending on her abilities let her learn some job skills etc So that she she gets job by self or outside and thus able to stand on her own n job skills and completely come out of the trauma.

You could also seek the assistance from " Free Legal Aid Forums " or Women's' Free Legal Aid Forums available in the concerned Court.

Why can't the victim take advantage of FREE LEGAL AID where every court in the state does have? I suggest you to approach the FREE LEGAL AID cell near to your hometown.
