Hi, i need some information.

1. If an NRI girl (18 years, Indian, but living in US) comes to India and gets beaten and raped, can her parents take her back to US once she is fit to travel?
2. Does she need an NOC from the police for her to leave the country? Will they allow her to leave?
3. Will the case be closed and the perpetrators be set free if she is not present for the hearing?

If investigation and police have recorded the statement of that girl, they may allow her to go to her country. But she will have to come for evidence, if she didn't turn up then accused may be acquitted.
