RTI on reservations

R/Sir,
I have written a common written exam for the post of Junior accounts officer in telangana state, the exam was conducted by northern power distribution corporation ltd(TSNPDCL). It's a state govt power sector psu.
I want to know the cut off marks for oc and bc categories, can I file rti for this.
If yes then under which dept of Central govt these state govt managed power sector psu will come or
As the issue is related to recruitments is there any saperate dept for that
Simply which dept /ministry to be selected in my case as the company is state govt owned

Please help me, plzz

As the written test is a competitive examination, candidates will be called for interview on the basis of marks scored. There is no question of cut off marks.

you can file RTI with the authority where the information is available.

Ji, Cut off mark will set by the authority who conduct such competitive exam with the availability of exams. to me cut of varies for different exams and exam to exam.
