RTI APPLICATION AGAINST CBSE

I am going to apply for a revaluation in one of my board papers.as i suspect that there has some mistake on the part of CBSE.if my marks do not increase aftr revaluation..can i file a rti application against cbse to show me the paper??pls reply asap

yes, you can file rti application for the same.

You can file application for inspecting the record under rti act on payment of prescribed fee

yes CBSE can be compelled to show the paper/ record.

@dear experts

sir can you please tell me the procedure to file an RTI..I just heard about a court ruling in which there was a similar case.and d court ruled dat d cbse doesnt have any obligation to show papers..Please throw some light on it...

sir d revaluation form states that" no candidate shall ask for inspection of marks..."
if i apply for revaluation i will have to sign that condition...can i still file an application under RTI..I mean the CBSE may refuse to provide me info.stating that i accepted that term in the form ..please help

file RTI application and get the answer from cbse if you are not satisfied then you can file the appeal before appellate authority.
