Question regarding email id hacked

My Email Id has been Hacked before 3 years. Nobudy misused it in my
information.
If I will Go to Cyber Cell than they will register My complaint of
email id hacked before 3 years?? Or there is a time limitation to file
any complaint?

What benefit you want to derive by your complaint when your email ID was not misused by anyone even if hacked?
To me it seems to be merely an academic query of a student!

PS dhingra sir sumbudy changed my wifes email id password more than 3 years ago. but it came in my knowledge before few days...
in my knowledge nobody misuse it...
Sir, Period of complaint has been crossed?????
or,
I can complaint even now??

Ajay sethi, hacker changed my wifes email id password im not able to get it or changed it. but it has been more than three years and it came in my knowledge before few days..
can i complaint after 3 years of email id hacked? or limitation has crossed?

You are harping on your point only. When there is no harm done, when your wife stopped using that mail ID after the hacker changed the pass word, what is the problem you are envisaged at this point of time? She can as well create another mail ID for her now.
As you are harping on single point about limitation, one has to construe that either it is an academic query or you are not disclosing full facts.
For a specific reply, police will not register any complaint and they will ask all these questions which experts have posted here.

You have not replied my specific query about what benefit you will derive now if you file a complaint. It proves that it is definitely an academic query and you want to solve your law school exercise through the efforts of experts, as if you do not prefer to concentrate on your studies.

oh... I apologise all the experts.
I came to know these facts jus before few weeks. In my knowledge nobody misuse it but email id contain some scanned documents and faimly photographs....
So i thought somebody can misuse it...
Now tell what to do?

there is some scanned documents and faimly photos which may b misused by hacker in future.
that is the reason im thinking about complaint....
My wife didnot tell me but i got to know it before few weeks...
till now I didnot notice any misuse of it but for the safety purpose im asking you ...

Mr. Shubham,
You have stated that you replied me. But I find, in any of your posts, you have never replied my questionn, "What benefit you want to derive by your complaint when your email ID was not misused by anyone even if hacked?"
Anyway, even if you are definite about misuse of the email ID or the contents of the email box, still you have no right to make complaint on behalf of your wife, as your email ID was not hacked, what to say of reporting when you don't evem have any evidence of misuse.
So, as I already suggested, for better appreciation of the matter & guidance, you may contact the police, if police is ready to entertain your report without the consent of your wife that too after lapse of more than 3 years of the so called instance. For me it is still a vague and academic query on your part.

Trust me Im very worried on this issue.
I will not complaint behalf of my wife but she will do so....
I was jus worried that future misuse... May be im being panoroid.
Thats why i asked for your advice about what shud i do?
Will police entertain my complaint?

When you are so worried, you can approach to the police.
About your question, "will police entertain my complaint," how anyone of us can speak on behalf of the police. Only police can give reply to that of your question.

Your fears are unnecessary. First of all how did you come to know that somebody hacked your wife's mail id or password?, what made you to think that the hacker will misuse the same in the future if he has not done so till this date? moreover what is the benefit for an outsider to misuse the photographs until and unless he is not concerned with the photographs or documents?, if he is concerned about it, you may be knowing that person and his identity, if so, why dont you make a complaint against him directly instead of making a round about route to take him into task?

Sir PS Dhingra in my state there is one Cyber cell and it is 400 kilometers far away..
they is no one to show me the path.... thats why im asking you sir in ur pespective , will police entertain my case??
I dont know much about it but u have a great experince and knowledge regarding law related things...

Me and my wife recently marrid... approx one year... in a conversation she told me that...
and I got worried coz I read many articals regarding use fake use of documents and regarding photos use on bad sites...
thats y i came here to ask that what to do??

You mean to say that your district is such bigger in area that it extends in periphery even more than a state that the Cyber cell is situated at a distance of 400 kilometers away from your place.
How much should I expect from you?

In uttarakhand there is only one Cyber cell in whole state which is in Dehradoon...
I dont live in Dehradoon.. I lives in Pithoragarh...
Distance between pithoragarh and dehradoon is near about 450 km...
I hope u get it now...
