(Querist) 22 March 2017 This query is : Resolved 
Sir ,
I m dr. Pallav from bareilly. I charged under155(2) --323,504,506,427 in ps kotwali bareilly, Investigating officer made charge sheet in same.
Now the case under civil judge and they sending summons.
Kindly suggest how to get off and shut the case.
