Query on unknown persons in fir

Hello Sir,
I have given complaint and FIR is registered U/s 354,324,506. Totally there are six persons involved in this case. At the time of FIR registration I only knew two persons and four others I was not known. I gave same information to Police, Charge sheet is submitted to Court by police as "A1, A2 + 4 Unknown persons". Now the court proceedings are going on and two persons are attending court.
Later I enquired, Now I know four other persons details also. I would like to add these four persons in the case through Court. Could you please give information about Sections and procedure for this.

Mr. Siva Koyi,
Do you mean that the police filed charge sheet without any investigation and did not interrogate the two persons after their arrest about the other four of their accomplices? Is not it a good joke?

Thanks for your quick reply.
Police has investigated the case and witness and all. But they are not able to catch the accused. Case is in Karnataka and accused are from Andhra Pradesh. So finally after long time Police filed a Absconding Charge sheet. After charget sheet, the accused first get aniticipatory bail and after regular bail. I think now you can reply for my question?

Your explanation is still not convincing, as if the police has investigated, they must also have known the names of the associates of the other two and would have included their particulars in the charge sheet even if absconding. Moreover, by merely saying that the four accused were absconding that does not absolve the police from doing their duty to trace even with the help of the other state, where they were supposed to have fled.
I feel, it is nothing except your academic query, as such type of loopholes usually exist in thoughlessly prepared academic questions.

I hope you have not got the full picture. Police has not investigated the two accused at all, they filed directly absconding charge sheet since they were not able to catch them. If they were investigated two accused, they would have known four others also. They mentioned in charge sheet Two accused + four unknown persons, same as in my complaint.
This is not academic query or any thing, I need information to proceed...

You seem to be quite an oversmart person, as on one hand you state that "Police has investigated the case and witness and all." On the other in your latest post, you have stated, "Police has not investigated the two accused at all."
If you think that I have not got the full picture, you must be hiding some vital facts of the case in your description.
Anyway, please clarify, have not you asked so far the question from your own lawyer, which you have asked here?

Please read both the posts...No need of over smart here. I have given case number, please don't assume yourself academics..etc.What am I gaining here by hiding. I am complainant of the case, there is no lawyer for me, PP is dealing. I have clearly told in my post, Police investigated neighbors, few witnesses and me. But not the two accused.

OK, it is not understood, why you did not to ask the PP or tell the truth to the PP himself by now, who has to fight the case officially?
