Query about difference in date of birth in dob certificate and all other documents.

Dear Sir,
. I was born on December 19 1987, this is the date mentioned on my birth certificate (BC).
2. However, my DOB was given as October 19 1987 during school admission, and all my SSLC marks card, voter ID, PAN, aadhaar and most importantly in passport etc. all have the DOB as October 19 1987.
So, birth certificate = December 19 1987. Everything else = October 19 1987
How can I rectified my passport. Because soon i want to go abroad i don't want it creates any mess and problem after. Is it possible to ratifying passport if yes please tell me procedure.
One more thing is it possible to change birth certificate or not. I am confused. Please help me to solve this.

you cant change your birth certificate as it reflects your actual date of birth .
for change in your school leaving certificate you would need court orders .
for change of date of birth in your passport contact the passport office

It would be difficult to change DOB every where and partial correction in some documents would create more problems.
Better continue with the present situation.

Hello Sir, The main problem is that I am going to marry a foreigner . and i need original date of birth certificate as required by the law of that country only then i can marry her. I have all the document with date of birth 19.10.1987 but my birth certificate is 19.12.1987. I want solve this.

You should furnish the full details in the beginning itself so that you will get a proper opinion. The information furnished in the latest post is the reason for your worry otherwise you would not have bothered about this insignificant issue after a lapse of such a long time. Since the date of brother cannot be change in the birth certificate, you may file a suit to declare your correct date of birth as per birth certificate and with the help of certified copy of the court order you may apply with the passport office to rectify the pass port with correct date of birth. The educational certificates need not be changed since there is no provision for that, however you may carry a notarised affidavit on the basis of court order in that connection.
