Purchase-return related issue on snapdeal

sir i purchased an item from snapdeal online shopping for one month earlier.
but the product quality is not good so, i want to return it, so i completed all the process of return and send packet to snapdeal office which they mention their site. i repeat same process to return it two time.but they are not receive it.
cutomer service not assist properly.
product cost is 1069/-

what can i do now??
please tell me the legal process to get my money from snapdeal.

You can legal action. However, you may incur expense more then the cost of the product.

Send notice and file complaint with the consumer forum.

Having regard to the very small amount in question no use of taking any legal action.Enter into correspondence with the Snap deal and threaten them if the amount is not refunded U will have no other alternative than going public on the issue by writing to the Press.This may have immediate effect in solving the problem.
