Punishment awarded for bank fraud

(Querist) 24 April 2015 This query is : Resolved
Dear Sir/Madam,

One of my fren working in bank was given a punishment of 2 increments for signing a fraudulent loan. Now he wants to challenge the case in a court other than high court. Which court is the best for speedy resolution in Hyderabad.

Thanks.

Academic query. If not, let your friend provide complete background details of his case and inquiry process, if he really has been punished for bank fraud.

Bank enquiry is done and he was awarded a punishment of 2 increments for signing the file as a second man. Now he is retired and his appeal is pending with the bank chairman. Once the appeal is finalized, he is planning to file a case in civil court. So he would like to know which court can give a speedy resolution other than high court.

As per your latest post, your initial query is quite premature when his appeal is pending with the appellate authority. Ask your friend to wait for the outcome of the appeal.

Let the decision from appellate authority be received.

your query is vague. You have not at at [in either of the repeated query] not even cared to indicate whether it is a Govt Bank or not and you want an advise.

You have also not stated what was actual role of your friend in the deal and you want an advise.

You have not even indicated whether the loan was disbursed or not whether refunded or not and you want an advise..

You have not indicated whether the appeal with with time frame and whether it is before or after retirement.

You have not stated as to what/where civil suit your friend proposes to file and you want an advise.
