Providing documents to high court

(Querist) 28 July 2017 This query is : Open
Few of my colleagues along with me have filled a writ under article 226 to the high court against change in terms and conditions of service. We have also provided few documents eg the sanction received from the President of India to for the purpose of running the society, articles of association of the society etc. My organisation has issued show cause notice to us asking us to explain why an action should not be taken against us for providing such documents to the lawyer. Kindly guide if my organization can issue such a show cause notice and what is the protection available to us against such action. Thank you in.anticipation.

Can you please enlighten qua your "association" received sanction of President of India for some document, which is this organisation?
What writ has been sought from High Court and against whom?
Which document you wish to produce in your writ and what is the basic problem?
Under which authority your lawyer can seek "show cause"?

For Dr JC Vashista sir
Organisation : Air Force Group Insurance Society. Recently the management (which is composed of four Air Force Officers only) changed the terms and conditions of employment
(mainly salary) for the present and future employees of the society. The writ has been filed against the said action only. The sanction of the President was obtained for running the insurance scheme for the men in uniform (Indian Air Force). The documents provided to the advocate are Letter granting the said sanction of the President, Articles of association of the society etc. The show cause notice has been issued by our employer (Air Force Group Insurance Society) to us asking us to show cause why a disciplinary action should not be initiated against us for handing over the said documents to the lawyer. Rewards.
