Protection against wife's wrongdoing on transfer to usa

I have got a job offer in USA for an IT firm.

I got married 2 years ago in 2014. The relations between me and my wife are not good. She constantly fights,abuses, me. Always keeps on giving threat of committing suicide or implicating me and my family in false 498A case.

I want to be legally sure and protected before moving to USA for both me and myself.

WHat are my options? How can I protect us from this false usage legally?

There is no way you can restrain your wife from filing 498A case nor there is any preventive action.
Only option is yours is to get bail and fight the same on merit once the case is registered.

Record irrefutable evidence.

Maintain good relations.

If there is a dispute handover all evidence to our very able counsel.

You should not loose the opportunity and leave to join the new job.

Take help of family elders, relative, friends for an amicable solution.

Think for the option to take her with you, presently dependent VISA holders can work in USA.

Amicable settlement would be beneficial for both.

I am all in to maintain good relations. But I am not sure of the mindgames/calculations she has in her mind. TO protect me and have a peaceful life there I want some legal document/affidavit/ to be constructed, created and then a precautionary step be taken by me.

Please suggest something on these lines

There is no such thing called a legal document to protect you from her onslaughts which you apprehend her to use against you.
You have to face them when it occurs.
Instead you can fly to US now itself and avail the opportunity for your future career as well as to be away from her to avoid she filing any criminal case against you which may restrict you travelling abroad for employment purpose.
