Your father can give away his self acquired estate to any one as he pleases.
He does not require your consent.
The Neurologist and Psychiatrist treat many disorders and a person being treated may not necessarily be insane.
Meet a lawyer in person with all documents on record.

Consult a local lawyer and show him all the documents, Self acquired property can be given to any one by the person who acquired it.

I think You both missed the Grandson Rights point of view on the self squared property by my father. pls give some advice on that too.i am the legal guardian of my son and as much as i know his right "legally" confirmed that he have the legal rights on his grandpa property. pls elaborate.

your son has no right on his grand father self acquired property . grand father is free to dispose it as he pleases . only qualification here is your father should be of sound mind
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 17 April 2014
If you know law better, you may initiate legal action against your father and your sister for depriving the rights of the grandson of that family, otherwise, since you have asked a question, the experts have explained the law properly, go by it, or seek a second opinion about this from a local lawyer, do not dictate terms to the experts here.
