For my grandfather 6 sons and 3 daughters. And 8 years back he passed away. Now all are ready to devide and make khata to there's name. But one person is abjucting. So now devide and left equal property for him and without his signature can others make khata to there's name.

Apparently the grandfather deceased in 2008.
It is believed that you are Hindu.
You may submit the death certificate, legal heir certificate/affidavit as opined the authority/revenue officer under whose authority property falls e.g Patwaari and inheritance shall be updated in mutation records, in the name of all ClassI legal heirs.
Why one legal heir is objecting?

He is asking extra property

When devided the property he got extra in one place and others got another place. But overall equal for all.
Now his objection is For where others got extra there he needs equal. But where he gets extra there he is not ready to devide equal.
So please assist whether we can go ahead. If possible how we have to proceed.
