Property right to grand son

Hello sirs, I am avinash frm hyderabad 23yrs old. My fathers father passed away. He had a shop which he promised to give for my dad in his marriage as my father is un educated. My mother side relatives also agreed for marriage by seeing the shop so that there will b no problem in livinghood. 1990 my mother n father got married. After one year my fathers father sold the shop to my fathers elder brother with out my fathers intimation. But wen my mother asked my fathers father he told dat shop is on my name its my wish. I have rights to sold any one.my father father have 5 sons n 1 daughter. My father is 5th son n d shop has been sold to 3rd son .
Wat is my doubt is to knw dat are there any rights to my father or me on the shop so that v can file a case on my fathers brother . N one more doubt is all these had happend in 1991 can I file a petetion in court for shop on my fathers brother nw I.e in dis year . Pls help me n any body give detailed information thnk u

Sorry none of you have any right over it as the shop will be treated his self acquired property if the same is transferred to him by non -testamentary means.

Mr. Avinash, you have no right over the property. Since the property is self acquired property of your father"s father, he has every right on the property.

Neither you nor your father have any right in your grandfather's self acquired property, hence better dont waste your time, energy and money listening to any misguidance in this aspect.
