is Namantaran & All other Documents along with Written Stamp Paper is not enough for Sale of Such Property

the said documents in your possession do not confer proper title on the property. Until and unless there is registered document on your name, it will not be possible to go ahead as per your desire. However you may consult a local advocate who may suggest you some way taking some loop hole from the relevant papers held by you.

all papers needs to be seen. Unregistered document has no value in matter of transfer of immovable property.
