unki ma ne unke bete ko god liya tha ,2009 me meri mami ji ki achanak mratyu ho gayi aur akela unka beta aur unki ma us ghar me rahte the , mere mama ji aur mera pariwar hi unki dekhbhal karte the .
abhi haal hi july-18 ,me unki mratyu ho gayi ab mere mami ji ka beta akela rah gaya .
ab unke bhai aaye aur kahne lage ki ye property meri bahan mere naam kar gayi hai 2015 me ragistered wasiyat ke dwara.

1- mere mama ji ke bete ko shampatti milegi ya nahi - Possible solution is based on the Registered Will which you have mentioned. His interest in property is involved in property of Adopted Mother.
2- kya bahan ki property pe bhai ka haq hai - Yes. If Will(Wasiyat) is not prepared. it is based on sec. 15 of Hindu Succession Act, but sec. 15(1) (a) says property first devolves on sons and daughter. In you case, Adopted son is living. Hence he get first right over property, but again Will needs to be checked since you have mentioned about it. Also if sister wants to give property to brother by Wasiyat, then law cannot interfere.
3- kya court se uchit nyay milega - You need to contact local lawyer for further procedural details & show his available documents.

Very little to understand in "Winglish", consult a local lawyer for proper appreciation of facts, guidance and proceeding.
