It is believed that you are all Hindu.

The property is self acquired or ancestral.

Your grandfather, father are alive or not.

Confirm!

Succession opens on date of death of owner/title holder.

In case of Hindu man; The 1st right is of ClassI legal heirs i.e. Mother(if alive as on date of death), Wife (legally wedded and if alive as on date of death), sons, daughters…………..

If Hindu man marries 2nd time during subsistence of 1st marriage then 2nd lady is not wife and has no share in her husband's property.

From your post you seem to admit 2nd proven marriage.

The children from 2nd void/voidable marriage have equals share like children from 1st marriage.
