Property distribution of grand father & father in muslims residing india.

Hello Experts,
I am in a muslim joint family.My father (including him)has 4 brothers and 2 sisters.My grandfather & mother did not distributed a single penny to their sons & daughter though they had nice amount of property with them.My uncles are doing business in the shop which carries the major chunk of the property and are not paying any rent or so,neither they are ready to give our rights.My father is doing job since 12 years.Now as my father don't have any son only 3 daughters,do he not possess any right in the property of his father and grandfather?? If yes please tell me what could be the best legal option to get our rights if Uncles are not co-operating with us.We want our property as we need funds for marriage and so. Additionally my mother & father are the eldest still facing harassment everyday from their younger.
Please help or guide me through this situation!!! RUSH...!!

where are you from ?
have you grandfather & Mother Assets if not in written will, than all the legal heirs have rights to share, but male legal heirs 2 each shares, female legal heirs get single share each. if your uncle not distribute any share than file for partition suit. if you are in tamil nadu call me.

Hey Aniruddh,
I belong to Jaunpur District In UP. Currently
residing in Gurgaon-Hariyana. My parents stiil live in jaunpur with the joint family.
My Grand Parents are not alive my Grand mother died in 2008 while Grand Pa died in 2009. They did not made any will of their possessions.And all their 4vSons and 2 daughters are now struggling to sort it out...
