Property dispute and stay order

My father in law had made a registered will and given all his self earned properties to my husband during his life time. But my sister in law has challenged the will. She has asked for 1/4th share and got a stay order on the property. So how do we vacate the stay and prove the will?

Mrs.Bnbn the stay can be given in respect of any suit or order not in respect of any property, an order of injunction can be granted in respect of the property, so know the facts from your lawyer clearly first.

have you filed any will probate case?
if not then file and ask the court to make an analogous trial of both the cases.

Will can be challenged. Get the will probated.

Has The Will been acted upon, if not you may file a petition seeking grant of probate before the appropriate court and follow the proceedings as suggested by expert Mr. Dubey for an analogous trial of both the cases.
