If the property declared as Collectors Property ( excess land of the actual land owner)the Society needs to file declaration before the Urban Land Ceiling Authority for regularization of the property by paying some amounts, as per the state procedure.

What action was initiated by affected persons since 2006 till to date?

Law of limitation shall definitely come in the way.
S R SHETTY (Querist) 25 September 2014
The owner of land is a company which has been wound up. The Society came to know that the land is under Collector under ULC when it went to Deemed Conveyance. Affected person is the Society which has been registered in 1984 and as such is owner. Whether filing of Declaration with Urban Ceiling Authority will solve the problem or will have to file any suit in HC or Konkan Bhavan or any other Court.
