Property deal : Registered sale aggrement + Owner died.

I had a property deal with owner and we had registered sale aggrement at sub registrar office. After 2 week owner family members are died. Now owners mother and sister are their legal heir and they are ready to support and finish the deal.
Now what are the steps to execute sale deed in favour of me. I have consulted some laywers but every one have different opinions.

Legal heirs can execute the sale deed. Any document writer could guide you for this process.

You shall obtain legal certificate from the revenue officials of your area. The legal heirs of the deceased person shall execute the sale deed by mentioing that the owner of the property is expired and as legal heirs of him are executing the sale. consult an experienced Document Writer or in the office of sub-registrar. the details can be obtained through online also if your state provide it.
