Dear Sir,
my brothers transferred our house to me by gift 20days before the attachment. do I have right on the property can I claim and win the property.
Do I need to submit house original documents to court along with claim petition.

dear sir,
house was gifted to me by family members on 29feb12 then on 20mar12 an attachment suit filed against my brother on same property but I don't know about the attachment till date. now I heard there is a decree confirmed and EP called for hearing next hearing on 30july15. now lawyer said I need to claim property and submit my original docs before court and afraid to submit originals. do we really need to submit originals. how safe the property is in this situation.

The property was gifted / transferred knowingly to escape liability/ attachment. The facts in detail would be examined by the court. You should lodge your claim.
