get a video recording and photographs with dates on it. Make a written complaint against unauthorized construction to Municipal Corporation/concerned department.

News paper cutting can also use as proof.

I got the pictures with newspaper of the day clearly indicating the fact that the pictures were taken on a certain date.

I also made a complaint to the police station and the Municipal Corporation and later filed the RTI too.

Is there some time limit for me to file the case in the court of law.

Do it without delay and prevent further illegal construction.

Thanks...

The illegal construction has long being done and also subsequently stopped.
I am filing complaints for action against illegal construction with the Municipal Corpn.to which they dint took action so i filed a RTI and now gone into appeal against RTI Application to get the information before i proceed in the courts...

My ques. is ' Is there any time limit to go to the courts if your complaints are pending with the Municipal Corpn. or the time lapses ' .

Illegal construction, you mean in violation of municipal construction rules, without obtaining permission ? ...I think you should file suit immediately in the court, get panchnama done and seek temporary injunction.

illegal construction is there so no time limits up to detractions

'Illegal construction, you mean in violation of municipal construction rules, without obtaining permission ? ...I think you should file suit immediately in the court, get panchnama done and seek temporary injunction.'

The work has been long completed and I regularly filed complaints against the demolition of illegal construction without permission and illegal encroachment of public land to which no action is taken...
As i am gathering more details like the sanction plan and RTI appeals my ques. is
Is there some time limit to file the suit in courts from the date of the completion of illegal constructions or date of filing my complaint with the municipal authorities...
Thanks...

You are advised hereby to file a writ before High Court.
