(Querist) 29 June 2016 This query is : Resolved
The document has been produced by the Applicant. It has not been Exhibited or Marked by the Court.
Can I still use this document as true to plead against the Applicant?
Kindly give your expert opinion. I will be highly thankful.

As the document has been produced by the Applicant himself as true, I think I should be able to use it to plead against the Applicant. I need your kind help.

Yes, of course. You can rely on the document. But if he has produced to defeat your claim, then?

Vague query lacking facts of the case/ documents, details of document, purpose of filing of the document by applicant (presumably your opposite party in the petition/application/suit), your status in the case, when the document was filed and how do you intend to turn it in your favour or against the appplicant.
Consult your lawyer for proper appreciation of facts, case and document qua your intention/ requirement/defence in the case.
