A case under sec.489a IPC is not compoundable offence, however you can file a joint compromise petition in Judicial Magistrate Court by supported affidavit. You can also file a Divorce Suit on mutual consent in District Judges Court. Before filing divorce suit ask your wife to withdraw the maintenance case (sec.125 Cr.P.C.).

Request the court to send it for mediation and their you compromise as per your talks with other party. But she has to withdraw the criminal case I mean she has to turn hostile.
